In January 2019, construction for Cederhusen in Hagastaden, central Stockholm, started. It will be one of the world's largest wooden house projects in the innercity environment. The project contains four buildings in two blocks, with a total of 234 apartments and 8 premises. The light weight of the wooden houses means that the building right can be used in full. The cedar houses will be erected with a solid wood frame (7.300 m3). The project's four towers, 10-13 storeys high, form a broad front facing south towards Norra Stationsparken. The facade meets the requirements for typeapproval SP-Fire 105, durabilty of fire performance EN16755 EXT, WPA LR and CE certified in accordance with European Construction Product Regulation CPR 305/2011.
